A referral is not required to see a Psychologist, unless you wish to claim a rebate under the Medicare Benefits Scheme. Should you have a referral le
tter and mental health care plan you will need to book with our Principal Psychologist, Jacqueline Saad and bring these documents with you to your session.

Our professional fees have been designed to accommodate both individual and couple based counselling services at a reasonable rate in line with our level of experience and qualifications. Please contact our office for more information on our price structure.

Clients referred from their General Practitioner under the Medicare Benefits Scheme attract a rebate of $83.25 from the consultation fee. Under the medicate rebate scheme as of November 1, 2011, clients are able to receive 6 sessions per calendar year, and up to an additional 4 sessions under extreme circumstances.
Please check with your private health fund to confirm rebates available to you.
Payment is required at the time of your consultation by Visa/Mastercard, EFTPOS or cash.
Any change to appointment time must be provided at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed booking time, otherwise a full cancellation fee will be applied to appointments not attended.
Your Appointment Schedule
A standard consultation hour is approximately 50 to 60 minutes. Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment. The number and frequency of sessions depend on many factors and you may discuss this during your initial session.

Sessions may also be conducted via telephone or skype should you have difficulty attending your session in person.
